Man Arrested For Attempted Murder Days After Northeast District Shooting: Baltimore Police

A man has been arrested for attempted murder days after police discovered his victim with a gunshot wound during a speeding investigation in Baltimore.

Investigators believe Robert Blue, 20, shot a 21-year-old man near the 4600 block of White Avenue on Friday, March 15.

The victim was discovered speeding near Belair Road and Arizona Avenue as police were patrolling in the area.

When the victim pulled into the 4200 block of Arizona Avenue, police approached him and were told that he had been shot as they observed gunshot wounds.

The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital and is receiving treatment.

Blue was arrested Thursday by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and Capital Area Regional Task Force and taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
